To further strengthen our global engineering organization, we are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our team in Poland.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions that support our intralogistics and automation systems. You will help ensure that our products meet the highest standards in performance, scalability, and reliability.
You will be part of a highly collaborative, international environment and work in agile, interdisciplinary teams with a global scope. The role can be performed remotely within Poland, with occasional readiness for international collaboration and meetings.
Your tasks
You will design and develop complex software components and system solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability
You will ensure high code quality by applying best practices, conducting code reviews, and implementing thorough testing strategies
You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including performance bottlenecks and system challenges
You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and system teams to deliver integrated and high-performing solutions
You will mentor junior developers and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
You will contribute to architectural decisions and drive technical solution design
Your profile
You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
You bring several years of professional experience as a full-stack developer (3+ years)
You have comprehensive knowledge of C#, .NET, WPF, HTML5, HTTP, and JavaScript frameworks such as React
You demonstrate a solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and system integration
You have experience working in agile development environments
You possess strong problem-solving skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
You communicate effectively and collaborate confidently within cross-functional teams
You are fluent in English and Polish
