About this opportunity:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Intern Software Developer to join the Ericsson team. This will be a pivotal role, contributing to crafting and implementing comprehensive solutions for our esteemed customers in alignment with the SDLC. The successful candidate will be entrusted with intricate application and technical architecture design and coding of software components based on specifications set by our Architects. Furthermore, you will deliver critical support during early and system testing stages to ensure our software components function flawlessly.

Responsibilities• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.• Work with other members of a planning team to develop a prototype plan for an enterprise system that including what key features system users require in the system as well as integration strategies to update existing systems that will transition into the new system build down the road.• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.• Review Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Authorities• Responsible for taking design related decisions and explore new technologies• Technical Owner of the Module in the project
Reporting
The position reports to Manager Service Delivery
Interfaces
He/She shall interface with Program Manager/Program Director, respective Manager/Team leads in support team, Account Technical Managers, Solution managers, Software Developers, Solutions Integrators.
Required education and experience• College/University student with an inclination in development (Java technology) and ready to learn new ( Python etc.)• Strong programming skills in Core JAVA / J2EE or any other programming language.• Good at data structures, algorithms, problem solving and design patterns• Knowledge of SQL and NSQL dbs.• Knowledge in the Spring framework, Spring Data JPA, Spring MVC, Spring Security• Experience in build tool like Gradle & Maven• Should be comfortable working on unix / linux systems• Full-time internship from 4-6months.
Skills Required
- Currently enrolled as a college or university student with an inclination toward software development
- Strong programming skills in Core Java, J2EE, or another programming language
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, problem solving, and design patterns
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Data JPA, Spring MVC, and Spring Security

- Availability for a full-time internship lasting 4 to 6 months
- Willingness to learn additional technologies such as Python
