We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting support and candidate coordination to interview scheduling, recruitment administration, and candidate communication. The role is designed to support a smooth and effective recruitment process while helping deliver a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities
- Support recruiters and hiring managers in day-to-day recruitment coordination
- Assist in posting job advertisements and updating candidate or requisition information in relevant systems
- Help with candidate sourcing activities through internal databases, job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes against role requirements and prepare candidate shortlists for recruiter review
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications with candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, interview schedules, and hiring documentation
- Support candidate experience by ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the process
- Assist with employer branding, campus hiring, and internship hiring activities when required
- Support reporting and data compilation related to recruitment progress and hiring metrics
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Preferred qualifications
- Previous internship, campus activity, or project experience in HR, administration, or coordination
- Familiarity with recruitment systems or applicant tracking systems is an advantage
- Experience supporting events, university engagement, or social media communication is a plus
