System Integration Engineer

Role summary
As a System Integration Engineer, you help deliver cloud platforms and mobile core networks for 4G/5G/6G and IoT. You work with global teams and customers, gaining hands-on experience in cloud, networks and automation, and grow towards technical expert or solution architect roles.
What you will do
- Deploy and integrate core network, network management and cloud systems (OpenStack, Kubernetes, virtualization, containers, Linux, TCP/IP).
- Perform installation, upgrade, expansion, data migration, testing and troubleshooting for operator networks in China and worldwide.
- Provide technical support and consulting on 4G/5G/6G, IoT and NFV solutions, joining customer meetings and contributing to solution design.
- Work with sales, product and project managers to plan tasks and support successful project delivery.
- Document best practices and share technical knowledge within the team.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, Software Engineering or related majors.
- Basic knowledge of IP networking / TCP/IP and Unix/Linux; lab, course or project experience is welcome.
- Interest or experience in cloud technologies (virtualization, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack).
- Curiosity about AI and new technologies, and willingness to use tools (e.g. code assistants, document or test automation) to improve work.
- Plus points: Shell/Python scripting, server hardware exposure, basic understanding of 4G/5G core, NFV, IoT.
- Good communication, teamwork, strong learning ability, and a customer-focused, proactive attitude.
- Native-level Chinese and good English, able to use English as a working language; willing to travel in China and abroad.
