Your ImpactLead and drive software design, optimization, and implementation to accelerate critical customer outcomes and translate business requirements into robust solution architectures. Act as a technical focal point for cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and rapid resolution of major customer problems across diverse technology domains. Mentor junior engineers and curate best practices to improve team efficiency and technical capabilities. Partner with clients in a consultative manner to address business challenges and demonstrate ROI while resolving complex technical issues. Create and deliver technical documentation, training, and collateral to facilitate knowledge transfer and drive customer technology transitions.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development or systems architecture.
- Proficiency in programming using Java or Python.
- Advanced skills in Linux/Unix environments and version control systems.
- DevNet Associate certification or equivalent understanding of network/software automation and orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, SRE, Agile, DevOps, and SecOps methodologies.
- Experience with BPMN workflow automation (e.g., Camunda) and NETCONF/RESTCONF/Yang modelling.
- Proven ability to mentor junior team members and lead multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Exceptional consultative skills with the ability to express complex ideas graphically and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
