Job Location: Bangalore, India
We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead design and delivery of large-scale platform development initiatives. The role involves enterprise solutions including rehabilitation data management and interoperability systems. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic planning, and leadership to drive architectural excellence and innovation across our Microsoft-centric technology stack while strategically incorporating AWS cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:
Education/ Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Required Skills:
• At least 12-15 years of technical experience in software development.
•At least 5 years of experience with full lifecycle development using Agile methodologies, including technical leadership for an Agile team.
•Proven ability to guide complex projects from initial concepts to successful launch.
•Expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
•Strong hands-on experience in coding with .NET, C#, and SQL in enterprise-scale applications.
•Ability to balance architectural responsibilities with active development contributions.
•Experience with C# and WCF/REST services.
•Strong ability to communicate technical knowledge effectively to clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
•Knowledge of business operations, terminology, and communication standards.
•Excellent analytical, design, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills:
•Strong AWS experience developing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions for strategic migration and optimization.
•Proven track record of leading architecture initiatives in complex environments.
•Experience with modern frontend frameworks and design patterns for next-generation application development.
•Experience with healthcare standards including HL7 ADT and FHIR message processing.
•Hands-on experience with architecture frameworks and automation tools.
Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership by analysing business processes, applications, architecture, and infrastructure to identify improvements.

• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, creating architecture diagrams and actionable insights.

• Writing technical specifications based on business requirements.

• Offer coaching and guidance to development teams, motivating them to achieve technical excellence and shared goals.

• Mentor technical associates and conduct code reviews focusing on security, coding standards, and best practices.

•Actively contribute to coding in critical areas of the platform, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
•Collaborate with development teams by writing production-quality code for complex features and proof-of-concept implementations.
Architectural Design and Road mapping:
•Analyse systems across business processes, applications, databases, and infrastructure.
•Develop current and future-state architectural roadmaps for enterprise platforms.
•Design robust solutions leveraging .NET, Microsoft stack technologies, and AWS cloud services.
•Identify opportunities to enhance performance, stability, capacity, and resiliency of systems, architecture, databases, and processes, considering associated costs and risks.
•Design cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services for scalability, security, and cost optimization.
•Architect cutting-edge client applications using modern frontend frameworks and design patterns.
Platform and Process Optimization:
•Design and implement robust solutions leveraging .NET, Microsoft stack technologies, and AWS cloud services.
•Optimize deployment strategies by leveraging cloud environments to meet performance and scalability needs.
•Identify and implement improvements to ensure system capacity, performance, and operational excellence.
Operational Proficiencies:
•Optimize Resource Utilization: Analyse infrastructure usage and application performance to recommend cost-effective AWS cloud solutions and improvements.
•Implement Best Practices: Advocate and enforce industry standards for software development, deployment, and maintenance to enhance operational excellence.
•Collaborate with DevOps Teams: Partner with DevOps on GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline updates and coordinate deployment processes across development, QA, UAT, and production
•environments.
•Risk Mitigation and Recovery: Identify potential operational risks and design fail-safe architectures and disaster recovery strategies.
•Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, and train teams on operational protocols and tools.
•Support Cross-Team Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and operational stakeholders to align priorities and objectives.
