The Role
Description

The Software Account Manager at Adree will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with assigned software accounts. This role involves generating leads, nurturing relationships, and ultimately driving sales growth.

  • Generating and contacting sales leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
  • Turning prospects into qualified leads and filtering them through various criteria to create a robust revenue pipeline.
  • Managing designated territory, including existing accounts, relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales activities.
  • Negotiating strategically with potential and existing customers to close sales efficiently.
  • Generating and submitting timely sales reports to the management.
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business relationships with customers.
  • Coordinating efforts with team members and other departments to ensure a unified approach.
  • Providing management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and potentials for new products and services.
  • Managing demand generation, pipeline, and opportunity effectiveness.
  • Actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and effective use of social media.
  • Preparing and delivering tailored presentations on products and services to customers.
  • Defining pricing schedules and discount rates with approval from higher management.
  • Conducting follow-ups through CRM on ongoing projects related to assigned customers.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of software sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently and as a self-starter with a strong performance history.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong business acumen with a good understanding of the IT industry.
  • Capacity to learn and retain knowledge about specific products and solutions effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated teamwork capability and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong capability to cultivate relationships quickly.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with product knowledge.
