Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Specialist to support our Online Sales team in Miami.

We’re expanding our fantastic Online Sales team in the Miami office. As part of the team, you’ll be in charge of creating a full-funnel strategy and scaling MAJORITY’s social media presence.

What’s the role?

We’re looking for a hands-on creative strategist who is eager to make MAJORITY go viral. In your role, you will:

  • Develop and Implement A Full-Funnel Content Strategy: Create a viral full funnel content and acquisition strategy targeted to ideal MAJORITY users on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Set and Achieve Goal KPIs on Social Media: Make a plan of what our north star should be and how we’ll get there! MAJORITY’s culture is one where we don’t tell employees what to do; we hire smart people who tell us what they want to achieve.
  • Analyze and Optimize Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring we meet or exceed targets.
  • Create a Content Calendar and Manage Production: Plan what content we need to produce, how we’ll produce it, and when it will go live. This will include managing and collaborating with influencers and content creators.
  • Ensure High-Quality Interactions: Maintain high standards of interactions with customers and prospects to ensure all communications align with the company’s values and compliance obligations. This includes developing a strategy to tackle how best to respond to comments and DMs.
  • Stay on Top of Trends: Regularly research social media trends, tools, strategies, and applications of AI to ensure we’re always improving and adapting to the times.
  • Establish and Protect the Brand: Refine and create a consistent brand voice for social media that fits our values and compliance obligations. 
  • Align our Organic Strategy with our Paid Marketing: Collaborate across the Online Sales team to align online, organic, and telesales campaigns to maximize the customer experience.


Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A Self-Starter: Able to get into the weeds, take initiative, and work independently to drive projects forward with multiple stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who moves fast and isn’t afraid to edit videos, write captions, or do basic graphic design should the occasion call for it.
  • Highly Discerning : Creative and keenly perceptive at what separates good from great content. We’re looking for someone with good social media instincts and high standards.
  • Exceptionally Organized: Possessing the organizational skills needed to efficiently manage multiple campaigns and initiatives.
  • A Scientist: Having a scientific mindset, characterized by a systematic, iterative approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly Strategic: Capable of piecing together a vision of how content should be communicated across the funnel while not losing focus on our priorities or how this will align with our broader marketing. 

Requirements

  • Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
  • Track record of success on social platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management platforms and tools.
  • Basic video editing and graphic design skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Note: This position is intended to be in-person in our Miami office and will be reporting to our Head of Online Sales.
