We are seeking a creative and highly motivated university graduate who lives and breathes social media to join our team. Working alongside an experienced specialist (your Mentor!), you will help manage, optimize, and grow our brand across all social platforms. Channel Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the company's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X).
Content Creation & Copywriting: Write, edit, and publish engaging, platform-specific marketing copy for both organic and paid campaigns.
Campaign Planning: Develop and maintain monthly social media calendars, managing multiple creative tasks and adjustments simultaneously.
Collaboration: Partner with local and global creative teams, as well as digital, community, and marketing managers, to maintain strong daily community engagement.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all localized social media content aligns seamlessly with our global brand identity.
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field- completed in the past 12 months.
- Deep understanding of digital trends, internet culture, user behaviour, and best practices across all major platforms.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities, and an eye for the smallest details.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently while managing multiple projects under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset—a must!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Previous experience in content creation is a strong advantage.
