Park Avenue Group, a division of Angott Search Group, is partnering with a growing pharmaceutical organization in the search for a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support recruitment and business growth, and engage patients, providers, and the broader community.

This is an opportunity for a creative, data-driven marketing professional to take ownership of social media, digital marketing, content creation, campaigns, and brand communications within a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, websites, email campaigns, newsletters, presentations, brochures, and digital advertising.
  • Manage content calendars, social media scheduling, community engagement, and audience interactions.
  • Support strategic marketing campaigns, product launches, educational programs, recruitment initiatives, and community outreach events.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation platforms.
  • Support SEO, SEM, website content, paid digital advertising, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Maintain consistent branding across internal and external communications.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Track marketing KPIs, including reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and ROI.
  • Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations for leadership.
  • Collaborate with leadership, pharmacy operations, HR, sales, and external vendors.
  • Ensure marketing and social media content aligns with applicable pharmaceutical, healthcare, HIPAA, FDA, and company compliance requirements.
  • Support approval processes and maintain awareness of regulatory changes impacting marketing communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, biotechnology, or medical device industries preferred.
  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong content creation skills, including photography, graphic design, videography, and video editing.
  • Experience managing paid social media campaigns and digital advertising budgets.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, website management, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of FDA, HIPAA, and healthcare advertising compliance preferred.
  • Experience presenting marketing metrics and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for company events, conferences, outreach initiatives, and educational programs.
