What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy with Senior Social Media Manager and/or Social Team to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (including Retweets or Reshares) relevant to our audience and aligned with our brand voice.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with our community, respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers to foster a positive brand image.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the crypto and Web3 space.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the crypto or Web3 industry. In-depth knowledge of X/ Twitter and its dynamics.
- Strong understanding of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem, trends, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for community engagement and brand storytelling.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
