The Role:

As Social Media Manager & Copywriter , you’ll be at the heart of our content strategy, responsible for crafting compelling written content and managing our social media presence. You’ll work closely with the marketing and revenue teams to develop engaging copy that resonates with our target audience across digital channels.

This role requires a balance of creativity, storytelling, and strategic thinking. You’ll write blogs, case studies, and social media posts, as well as develop campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness. Your goal is to amplify Stenn’s voice across platforms, helping us connect with SMEs and establish ourselves as a category leader in B2B FinTech.


Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, engaging, and persuasive content for blogs, website pages, emails, social media, and more.
  • Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging, engagement, and growth.
  • Create tailored social media content that aligns with our marketing objectives and enhances brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop copy that supports product launches, campaigns, and other initiatives.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitors to adjust our content strategy accordingly.
  • Use SEO best practices to optimize content for organic traffic.
  • Track and analyze the performance of content and social media campaigns, using insights to inform future efforts.
  • Edit and proofread materials to ensure high-quality standards and consistency in tone and style.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, social media management, or a similar role, preferably in B2B or FinTech.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio showcasing your ability to craft engaging content.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Twitter, with a track record of driving engagement.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content strategy.
  • Ability to balance creative content writing with data-driven performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media analytics tools.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Passion for storytelling and an ability to distill complex ideas into clear, accessible content.
