AutoDS is looking for the most talented Social Media Manager out there to lead our CEO's brand social media strategy!

Reporting directly to the CEO & Founder of AutoDS.

About the Role:

This isn’t a “run the Instagram page” type of job. This is a build-the-founder’s-voice-into-a-global-brand role.

In today’s world, CEO’s brand is becoming critical for a company’s success.

As the Social Media Manager for our CEO’s Brand, you’ll be the all-in-one operator behind the CEO's personal presence on TikTok and Instagram. From filming to editing to publishing to strategy — you own the whole stack.

Your mission: take raw access to me (CEO, founder, operator) and turn it into scroll-stopping content that inspires entrepreneurs worldwide.

What You’ll Own

• Content Strategy & Execution – Build and run the playbook for TikTok & Instagram growth.
• Content Capture – Film me in action — business, lifestyle, travel, events, daily moments.
• Editing & Production – Turn raw clips into engaging, fast-paced, on-brand short-form videos.
• Publishing & Optimization – Manage accounts end-to-end, from posting to analyzing performance.
• Growth & Community – Experiment with trends, analyze data, refine the playbook to keep pushing reach and engagement.
• Analytical Mindset – We work based on data, all decisions will require a proven data and analytics
• CEO Access – Work directly with me, shaping voice, vision, and impact.

What You Bring

• You live, breathe, and LOVE social media. TikTok and Instagram aren’t just platforms — they’re your playground.
• Proven experience running and growing accounts (show us the numbers).
• All-in-one skills: filming, editing, publishing, analyzing.
• A strong creative eye for storytelling, hooks, pacing, and trend-jacking.
• E-commerce or tech experience? Huge advantage. But not mandatory — passion and results matter most.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you move fast, figure things out, and never wait to be told twice.
• The ability to manage yourself and your time, you word directly with the CEO, which means you should be independent enough
