Lead analytics for AutoDS’s primary revenue engine by defining KPIs, identifying growth opportunities, designing A/B tests, establishing product tracking requirements, and delivering actionable insights to Product, R&D, Marketing, and leadership. The role also contributes to building a natural-language AI data solution and requires strong product, marketing, growth, and revenue analytics expertise.

Serve as the primary HR partner for R&D, Data, and HQ teams across global locations. Advise managers on employee relations, performance, development, organizational change, and complex people decisions. Manage the full employee lifecycle and end-to-end recruitment, lead engagement initiatives and offsites, analyze people data, build scalable HR processes and AI-powered workflows, and drive strategic projects in learning, well-being, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Manage and grow AutoDS’s TikTok and Instagram presence by researching trends, planning and creating video content, scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and developing follower and engagement growth strategies. The role includes managing a small team, shaping brand messaging, collaborating on cross-platform campaigns, using analytics to guide decisions, and generating revenue through social media funnels.

Own AutoDS’s organic growth strategy across SEO, GEO, and AEO. Responsibilities include technical SEO, keyword strategy, site architecture, schema, content and citation optimization, reporting, and cross-functional implementation. Manage and coach one SEO Specialist while remaining hands-on with audits, briefs, crawls, and data analysis. Track traffic, rankings, AI citation share, assisted conversions, and signups, reporting results to the VP of Growth.
