This role is ideal for a versatile, digital-first storyteller who thrives at the intersection of video production, creative editing, and trend awareness. You will conceptualize and execute engaging social content through a dynamic mix of original filming and the creative re-imagining of existing brand assets - such as converting long-form B2B and product overview videos into high-performing, consumer-facing short-form content for TikTok, Reels, etc.

  • Adapt existing creative assets (Photography and video footage) into unique, platform specific content tailored for social channels.

  • Edit and combine existing image and photography assets to build new, purposeful visual narratives and short-form assets that align with brand guidelines.

  • Attend events and capture content and develop storytelling narratives.

  • Represent the brand in video content with confidence and authenticity.

  • Monitor and incorporate relevant social media trends.

  • Partner with internal teams to plan content calendars and support integrated campaigns.

Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of experience in social media content creation (brand, freelance, or personal)

  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)

  • Ability to remix and repurpose static and video assets into fresh, engaging social formats

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable directing talent and interviewing guests

  • Portfolio or social media presence showcasing creative work

  • Strong proficiency in graphic design and photo/video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, lightroom, Premier Pro, Canva) to manipulate, crop, color grade and reformat existing photography and footage.

  • Experience with professional photography, videography and audio equipment (e.g. Cannon PowerShot, DSLR camera or vlogging camera or action cameras)

Preferred Skills

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and social media scheduling tools

  • Familiarity with content performance metrics and analytics platforms
