About This Role:
  • Social Strategy & Ecosystem Design
    • Lead Evara Health’s social and content strategy, ensuring each platform has a clear, intentional role.
    • Define platform-specific goals, content pillars, and success metrics aligned with brand and patient growth.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling
    • Develop and maintain a social-first content pipeline, with a strong focus on video.
    • Capture and coordinate content in the field with clinicians, patients (with consent), community partners, and internal teams.
    • Write compelling, on-brand copy designed to inform, connect, and drive action.
  • Community & User-Generated Content
    • Build and manage a compliant user-generated content ecosystem.
    • Engage directly with followers and community members to foster meaningful two-way relationships.
    • Identify and manage community-aligned collaborations and partnerships.
  • Growth, Performance & Optimization
    • Grow social channels intentionally, balancing reach, relevance, and impact.
    • Use performance data to refine strategy and improve conversion from followers to patients.
    • Apply strong judgment in content decisions, balancing creativity, brand integrity, and healthcare privacy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
    • Partner with marketing, creative, events, and operations teams to support broader campaigns.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor on social trends and opportunities.
    • Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and all organizational, state, and federal regulations.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media and content for a brand, organization, or community-focused platform.
  • User-Generated Content (UGC) experience required 
  • Strong video instincts and comfort capturing content in real-world environments.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to create engaging, platform-native copy.
  • Experience building or scaling social communities through thoughtful strategy and execution.
