The Social Compliance and CR Trainee supports Social Compliance, Astra and Global CR Team in operational and marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing-focused

  • Supporting marketing activities

    • LinkedIn

    • Market Research

    • Creating marketing materials like direct marketing emails, PPTs and video clips

  • Supporting the reworking of the Astra website

    • Adding the content and translating to German

    • Marketing activities covering German clients

  • Supporting the enhancement of Astra and other CR services

    • Creating video clips for training

    • Supporting creation of service materials like report, analysis templates

2. Data Controlling

  • Supporting the program switch to CBX

  • Data comparison

  • Checking data

  • SOP creation

  • Reporting

Traineeship Duration and Time Type:

  • 3-6 months, availability depending

  • Part-time will also be considered

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • German language would be helpful for marketing

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Strong interest in supply chain and social compliance

  • Global and open mindset

  • Team spirit

  • High accuracy

  • Taking ownership and working independently

Skills to be enhanced or gained through the program: 

  • Working with the Astra Global Team – Gain cultural experience and international working environment

  • Understanding of the company business module, supply chain and social compliance

  • Project management

  • Working with other functions, e.g. Business Development, Communications, Business teams, etc.
