Support factories, customers, and suppliers in reducing greenhouse gas emissions through energy data collection, onsite assessments, efficiency recommendations, renewable energy research, action-plan monitoring, reporting, training, and regulatory tracking. Collaborate with the CSR team and stakeholders to implement climate strategies and achieve corporate emissions targets across the supply chain.

Provide IT help desk and security alert support across Asia and Europe office hours. Administer local IT systems, servers, networks, access rights, and infrastructure; troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely and on-site; monitor system availability and security; document support activities; and train users primarily on Microsoft 365 and other digital tools.

The Quality Control Manager oversees inspection, advises on quality standards, manages vendor performance, and supports the QC team while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Perform in-line and final inspections at factories to ensure products meet buyer standards, report inspection status, support vendors on rework, monitor quality KPIs, investigate claims, and drive continuous quality improvements.
