About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Solution Analyst - Finance - SAC Planning & Forecasting to support the design, implementation, and optimization of finance technology solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics capabilities leveraging SAP technologies and integrated enterprise data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for finance planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions.
Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
Lead and support the implementation of SAP-based planning and forecasting solutions, ensuring quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP DataSphere, and related reporting platforms.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to facilitate effective collaboration and decision-making.
Develop and execute testing strategies, test plans, and quality assurance activities to validate business requirements and solution performance.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, test results, and support materials.
Support user training, change management initiatives, and ongoing operational support to drive business adoption and maximize value realization.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
Successful delivery of finance planning and reporting solutions, demonstrated through effective integration, stakeholder satisfaction, compliance adherence, and high-performing systems.
What You'll Bring to the Role
Essential Requirements
Education
University Degree or Master's Degree with a focus on Finance & Accounting.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning & Forecasting.
Strong knowledge of SAP COPA/Margin Analysis and financial reporting processes.
Experience integrating SAC with SAP BW, SAP DataSphere, BDC, and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Proven experience in requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation management within large-scale transformation programs.
Strong background in testing, quality assurance, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Experience working within regulatory, GxP, and data integrity compliance frameworks.
