About this opportunity:
The Implementation Manager role is focused on efficiently managing all aspects of implementation services in a data- and value-driven manner. Key responsibilities include overseeing scope, time, and resource planning; ensuring accurate reporting; and managing ASP engagements. This role actively supports commercial engagements while ensuring compliance with group directives, legal and financial standards, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS) regulations, data security, privacy requirements, and approved processes and tools. Taking proactive actions to secure effective implementation outcomes is central to its function.
What you will do:
Define scope and workforce plans, managing performance to ensure first-time-right delivery.
Manage financial performance during the roll-out phase in line with budget to support overall project outcomes.
Drive change management against KPIs and identify improvement opportunities through continuous measurement.
Ensure ethical and sustainable delivery by enforcing adherence to processes, regulations, and tools for suppliers, customers, and Ericsson resources, taking corrective action when needed.
Drive and implement value-adding change initiatives.
Proactively influence the quality of your own work and the work of others to ensure expected outcomes.
Set up and manage acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers to secure timely acceptance and payment per agreed terms and conditions.
Monitor the invoicing lifecycle during implementation to safeguard financial performance.
Report progress and deviations to support workforce and cost management.
Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to maintain smooth information flow.
Assurance of implementation work:
Ensure work is executed in accordance with customer and Ericsson directives and standards.
Take action in cases of non-compliance with customer or Ericsson standards.
Manage and mentor the assigned team and meet associated operational requirements.
Perform effectively under high pressure, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in managing demanding workloads.
Ensure timely, high-quality communication with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and strong customer engagement.
Drive full-cycle telecom roll-out execution, leading all phases from planning to customer handover to achieve successful project delivery.
The skills you bring:
Experience leveraging data, automation, and AI/ML technologies to access, interpret, and utilize insights for informed and ethical decision-making.
Ability to manage implementation activities of a defined solution, coordinating third-party, customer, and company on-site activities to achieve acceptance in compliance with regulations and laws.
Strong technical background in telecommunications technologies, planning tools, and systems, with a continuous-learning mindset to stay current with technological and regulatory advancements.
Training and awareness of E+OHS and security-related statutory and customer requirements applicable to Ericsson, especially in the local market.
Strong background in workforce management and ASP (Authorized Service Provider) management.
Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor.
Qualifications:
Solid technical and planning RAN experience in Swap activities as IM or CPM.
Strong focus on Vendor Management, compliance and safety.
Excellent presentation, writing and communication skill
University Degree in Engineering (IT or Telecom) or the equivalent
With at least 8-10 years of relevant experience as an Implementation Manager and has worked/currently working for a telecommunications organization
Amenable to work in CDO/Davao
