This dynamic role not only involves analysis, auditing, design, and optimization of telecom networks but also spans various domains such as RAN, Transport, Core, OM and Services Networks. Our Network Engineer is a crucial part of our process ranging from early engagement, pre-sales of services and networks, to service delivery and acceptance. This role demands a deep technical understanding to deliver high-quality network design, advanced technical network analysis, role in pre-sales tasks, proficiency with Ericsson's cutting-edge analytics solutions, a commitment to driving innovation, and an emphasis on customer-focus and quality service delivery.
What you will do:- Analyse, identify and suggest solutions to technical problems within multiple domains.- Engage in dialogue with customers to identify areas of improvement and technological challenges.- Gather customer requirements directly or through Request for Quotations (RFQ).- Define the scope of work for a design or optimization service.- Estimate the cost of sales for service proposals, including workforce, tools, travel, and expenses.- Document and present a detailed service offering that underscores customer value.- Adapt to new working methodologies, specifically in data usage and analytics tools and frameworks.
