Job Summary

The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it as our Sales Executive.

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales Executive to join our Welcome Wagon team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, high-volume cold calling, and developing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. You will play a critical role in generating revenue by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers. Operating in full alignment with Porch’s U.S. Central Time business hours, you will serve as a key contributor in expanding our client base by identifying businesses that can benefit from Welcome Wagon’s advertising solutions.

What You Will Do As A Sales Executive

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and key decision-makers
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Yelp
  • Build, manage, and maintain a self-sourced pipeline of qualified leads
  • Present and position Welcome Wagon’s advertising solutions to prospective clients
  • Schedule appointments and execute consistent follow-up to close new business
  • Accurately track outreach, pipeline activity, and sales performance in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets

What You Will Bring As A Sales Executive

  • High school diploma required; additional education or certifications are a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience in high-volume outbound cold calling (B2B preferred)
  • Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and build a pipeline independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven experience working with US-based business teams
  • Excellent written and communication skills in the English language
  • This role requires full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. Central Time business hours (11:30 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST). A Night Shift Allowance is applicable for this position in line with company policy.
  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member

Pay Range*: 6,00,000 – 8,40,000 INR annually

*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.

You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
