Role Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sitecore Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level digital experience platforms using Sitecore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern Sitecore architecture, including Helix, SXA, and the latest Sitecore XP/XM versions, along with solid .NET development skills. Experience with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and front-end technologies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Sitecore XP/XM.

• Develop scalable and reusable components following Sitecore Helix architecture principles.

• Build and customize websites using Sitecore SXA.

• Develop custom Sitecore components, renderings, templates, workflows, and pipelines.

• Manage Sitecore Content Management (CM) and Content Delivery (CD) environments.

• Implement Sitecore Personalization, Marketing Automation, and xDB features.

• Integrate Sitecore with external applications and third-party systems through REST APIs.

• Configure and optimize Solr Search for Sitecore implementations.

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

• Follow coding standards, best practices, and Agile development methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Sitecore development.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Sitecore CMS (XP/XM)

  • Sitecore Content Management & Content Delivery

  • Sitecore Helix Architecture

  • Sitecore SXA (Site Experience Accelerator)

  • Sitecore Personalization & Marketing features

  • Sitecore Solr Search

  • Sitecore Experience Database (xDB)

• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.

• Experience in Sitecore Content Management and customization.

• Strong knowledge of Solr Search and SQL Server.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.

• Good understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.

Preferred Skills:

• Sitecore JSS

• Sitecore Search

• React.js or Angular

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure
