Our dealership, SITECH Allegheny, provides local sales, service and support covering Pennsylvania, Northern West Virginia & Western Maryland.

Position Summary:

The Sales Coordinator reports directly to the Sales Manager and is actively responsible for managing all aspects of Sales Invoicing, contract renewals and subscriptions within the SITECH Technology Dealership. Candidates should possess strong Microsoft or computer skills as well as excellent communication and management skills. This role will be a member of, work with, and assist the SITECH Technology Dealer’s Sales & Support teams in achieving 100% customer satisfaction.  This position will have both customer facing & internal activities and interactions. This position is not a remote position and will report to our Bridgeville PA office.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with and support the Sales & Sales Support teams throughout different aspects of Sales, Rentals, Subscription and Warranty sales & renewals.  This includes but it's not limited to:
    • Preparing Sales Agreements, and Processing Invoices.
    • Working with the Credit & Finance Department to Establish Customer Credit Status
    • Working with outside Financial Institutions establishing customer financing options & availability.
    • Monthly Rental Contract Invoicing.
    • Entering New Equipment Cost Estimates.
    • New Customer Set up & Customer Relationship Management (CRM)– Assisting the Sales Team to get new customer accounts set up in our systems.
    • Preparing renewal emails, quotations, and notifications. This will include working with the Sales & Support teams on customer renewals.
    • Work with customers to negotiate terms and conditions and renew contracts.
    • Work with Procurement; Processing purchase orders. This will include following up on renewals via email and phone to ensure PO receipt.
    • Purchasing & administering both new equipment warranties and customer warranty renewals
    • Maintaining and auditing all relevant data for renewals, including Microsoft data entry, maintenance, local spread sheets and reporting.
  • Assist the SITECH Team; this includes but it's not limited to:
    • Partnering with finance on any escalations until resolution is reached.
    • Following up on payments as needed.
    • Working diligently to meet the established metrics.
  • Providing support for all order intakes to make sure they are processed appropriately.
  • Other duties as assigned by the SITECH Sales Manager

Education/Experience

  • College Degree in business-related field or in an industry domain preferred but not required.
  • Previous work within a sales organization is desirable.
  • Experience with end customer invoicing is desirable.
  • Experience with subscription renewals is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment preferred.

 

 

Key Organizational Interfaces

  • Works with Sales & Product Support teams to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Works with key decision makers and end users of services.
  • Works with internal SITECH staff including Sales and Product Support & Service.
  • Works with multiple Cleveland Brothers departments including Sales, Order Fulfillment and  Credit / Finance

Pay Range

$23.00 - $25.00 / hour
