Primary Purpose:
The Business Relationship Management (BRM) Director will serve as the IT partner to one or more of ADUSA's retail and/or support Brands. The BRM will act as a trusted advisor and thought partner and will identify technology needs that are required to support the Brand. The Director is responsible for understanding the Brand business and act as the primary operational point of contact, helping to plan, review, and oversee ongoing operations of Brand critical services and functions. The candidate is expected to demonstrate leadership expertise to establish strategic direction and significant depth of technical, business and financial expertise in business technology solutions, as well as deep understanding of business processes and operations. This critical position will be part of the Brand's extended leadership team and will ensure IT is aligned with the brand strategy and proactively translate brand needs so IT can fulfill the business direction.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. The core office location for this position is Carlisle, PA.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted partner and strategic advisor to ADUSA Retail and Support Brands. Act as point of contact for Brand escalations and educate business units of the variety of products, platforms and services within ADUSA-IT.
- Initiate and develop relationships through a consultative approach with functional business leaders and serves as a liaison between IT services teams and business partners.
- Review business strategy and plans to determine impact on current services provided, identify opportunities for new services and capabilities, and optimize the business value realized through leveraging Information Technology Products, Platforms and Services.
- Ensure IT alignment with Brand strategy and priorities. Represent the brand in IT's strategy and portfolio planning.
- Provides feedback for the prioritization of the Information Technology portfolio. Partner with Product Management to build and deliver Brand specific technology capability roadmap that is tied to the Brand strategy and business capability roadmap.
- Serve as an advisor to business partners to shape their strategy regarding technology and ensure they are aware of IT service offerings.
- Provide education and promote transparency regarding the IT organization and its capabilities, and processes governing the prioritization, selection and funding of work.
- Manage Business Partner expectations with respect to IT services, identifying gaps between their needs and technology capabilities, and work with IT product/platform/service teams to find innovative solutions to fill those gaps.
- Resolve and help guide resolution of multiple highly difficult and complex problems and escalations by engaging cross domain and intra-domain resources to deliver seamless, high quality technology solutions to our brands.
- Develop or adopt industry measures on Customer Satisfaction, or other key KPI's to track and report.
- Partner across IT teams to define, track and report IT performance metrics that are tailored for the Brand.
- Design and lead Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings between IT and the brand leadership team.
- Meet regularly with key service partners, internal partners, and external vendors to review progress on current projects and anticipate project resource needs for future initiatives. Ensure the technology products, platforms and services are adopted as intended within the brands.
- Partner with IT Finance to proactively manage the risk and opportunities with IT charges to the brands.
- Maintain knowledge of multiple business functions and initiatives to identify where conflicts/synergies exist between technologies and business function.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of related experience in solution delivery, service management, program management and/or business relationship management
- 5+ years in retail industry. Strong understating of grocery retail business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead by influence and work across all levels within business and IT
- Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with business and IT stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work autonomously

- BRM Professional Certifications: Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP), Certified Business Relationship Manger (CBRM), ITIL Certified or ISO/IEC Foundation Certified
- Knowledge of Capability Maturing Model Integration (CMMI) methodologies

Salary Range: $139,120 - $208,680
