What you will do…
- Establish a culture of excellence in Occupational Health & Safety and ensure that teams on site always follow OHS best practices.
- Ensure the work proceeds smoothly and efficiently from day to day.
- Make sure the work progresses as planned, open and close the site, manage various trades, and supervise subcontractors.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment, ensuring positive interactions between clients, building users, subcontractors, and operators.
- Check quality of work and ensure conformity with plans and specifications.
- Represent the project engineers when they are not able to be on site and support them in a variety of related tasks that they need your help with.
Your Profile…
- At least 8 years of experience working and supervising work on construction sites.
- Specific knowledge of HVAC systems is required.
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
- Knowledgeable about OHS standards and regulations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable using MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts between diverse stakeholders, often under stressful circumstances.
- Ability to act as Ecosystem’s representative with all stakeholders and negotiate with professionalism.

- Annual base salary of approx. $80,000 - $100,000. Base salary is an approximate range and dependent on location and years of relevant experience.
