The Site Security Automation Lead is responsible for the manufacturing automation systems in terms of maintaining a constant high level of system reliability. This covers existing and newly deployed systems as part of capital projects. He/ she will be actively applying Mondelez Global Automation and Information Systems standards and procedures and is responsible for the ongoing safe state of related systems.
Serve as Digital Manufacturing Transformation engineer for CCN based Automation/ control systems for the plant.
Main Responsibilities:
'- Financial planning to migrate obsolete systems into a current supported hardware and software.
- Actively support automation driven deployments and new line / equipment deployment in terms of integration.
- Lead the Process, Control & Information Systems, including Developing and Executing the Digitalization roadmap and culture transformation on the site.
- Develop, align and execute site roadmaps for Digital Manufacturing Transformation.
- Actively participate in the design, implementation and full utilization new digital solutions that provides strong benefits for the plant.
- Manage site cyber security within the plant.
- Responsible for cyber security technology at the plant following MINT standards.
- Ensure site is in compliance with company standards for automation, infrastructure (MINT) and cyber security
- Support site roadmaps for automation, CCN infrastructure including delivery of shared infrastructure (IDC and CCN components).
- Issue escalation point for Automation, CCN Automation Infrastructure, cyber security and Office nerwork.
- Own the business continuity plan including disaster recovery of CCN systems.
- Ensure alignment between local BCP and Enterprise recovery procedures, regarding CCN Automation systems.
- Collaborate with Cluster IBS lead and Cluster SSAL.
- Escalation to cluster Automation Lead of desired exceptions or improvement ideas.
- Support the plant team with IS relateed topics as escallation of requests to the responsible functions and resolving network issues.
- Support for development of extension of the existing ON (Office network) and CCN (Critical Control Network).
- Manages 3rd party providers.
- Oversight ensuring any internal or 3rd party resources understand and adhere to standards.
- Capability building in plant maintenance team.
- Active participation in global / regional automation & systems development and security communications.
What you will bring
- Background in Industrial Networks / Automation & Control / Electrical Distribution Systems - ideally within food or FMCG industry
- Electrical engineering (or other relevant) degree or equivalent experience
- A broad appreciation of Industrial Networks, Electrical, Automation and Control in a relevant FMCG industry
- Experience of managing capital projects and working within project teams
- Software experience: Microsoft Office Tools, PLC Programming Tools, Network Config Tools, Project management software and ERP systems
