Manage and supervise MEP projects from site execution to handover: review IFC drawings, raise RFIs, coordinate MEP design and submittals, oversee subcontractors, conduct inspections, ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance (DEWA, DCD, SIRA), support testing and commissioning, track progress and snagging, and maintain project documentation while reporting updates to the MEP Division In-Charge.

- DM-approved Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience as an MEP Engineer in the UAE, preferably with a valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction-related software.
- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on deadlines and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and safety compliance.

Skills Required
