With support from the CHPP Manager and the broader team, you'll contribute to the success and smooth operation of our established site.

Primary Duties:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires and contractors at the site.
- Maintain and organise site documentation and records.
- Schedule uniform orders and coordinate travel and accommodation.
- Assist in personnel management and site logistics.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to support daily site operations.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient site processes.
- Manage and track site expenses and budgets.
- Assist in the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Monitor and report on-site safety and compliance with regulations.
- Handle communications and information flow within the site.
- Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
You’ll Bring:
- Proven admin experience, preferably in the mining or related industry.
- Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment medical examination.
- Strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office software and data management.
- Current and valid driver's license, and access to a car.
