The Condamine Power Station Site Administrator is an operational focus role achieving safe and efficient day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Condamine Power Station and other associated equipment. This is a flexible 4 day a week (30 hours) opportunity.

Based on site at the Condamine Power Station, the Site Administrator reports to the Condamine Power Station Manager.

With respect, integrity and honesty, responsibilities include:

  • Meeting & Documentation Coordination - Prepare and minute weekly/monthly meetings; manage document control and SharePoint structure.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance Oversight - Maintain up-to-date HSE knowledge, manage SDS and PPE, oversee contractor compliance and staff training.
  • Financial Administration & Budget Tracking - Process accounts, manage purchase orders, track budgets, and oversee Flexipurchase and CTM Travel.
  • Operational Data & Reporting - Compile compliance data, support monthly reporting, and load data into Power BI.
  • Office & Resource Management - Maintain office consumables, support stocktakes, and manage maintenance task closeouts.
  • Stakeholder Liaison & External Coordination - Liaise with external services and ensure administrative obligations are met.
