Provide administrative support for safe, efficient day-to-day operations at Condamine Power Station: manage meetings, document control, HSE compliance, financial administration, reporting (Power BI), office resources, contractor liaison, and stakeholder coordination.

Support Commercial & Industrial electricity customers across the customer lifecycle. Perform high-volume administrative tasks, manage customer enquiries, administer billing and electricity rebate claims per government rules, resolve service order and billing exceptions, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational and project activities.

Manage collections and commercial receivables for a large C&I portfolio: negotiate payments, reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, handle disputes, monitor credit risk, process debt recovery and insolvency matters, and support banking and wider credit team.
