The Salesforce Success Plan Sales team is seeking an outstanding seller to join our LATAM team. The successful candidate will be supporting our LATAM Growth business to position and sell our Signature Success Plan to our customers. Signature Success Plan delivers Salesforce’s most proactive and personalized support experience.The Signature Success Plan AE will be encouraged to scope opportunities and position the value proposition for Signature with internal and external customers. This individual will ensure our most meaningful customers invest in the appropriate offering and resource mix. This is a sales role, and the primary measurement of success will be target attainment along with YoY growth in Signature revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets for Signature Success plans.

  • Build strong relationships with relevant internal stakeholders to review territories and identify strategies and opportunities to attach Signature Success plans.

  • Cultivate and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, accurately forecast sales, log activities

  • Collaborate with internal Account teams to drive an effective sales process for Signature Success from Identification, through Qualification, Discover, Selling and Commercial Negotiation.

  • Create compelling presentations and perspectives to drive Signature Success sales with customer value realisation including use of financial and business metrics.

  • Evangelise Signature Success internally and externally. Act as subject matter expert for Success Cloud products.

  • Collaborate effectively with other parts of the organisation, including, but not limited to: License Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Legal, Product Management, and Delivery to address and resolve customer or sales issues.

  • Travel up to 40%

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Licenses Sales or Services Sales (consulting sales, technical sales or support sales) required.

  • Proven track record in Enterprise sales and achieving against a revenue target.

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • CRM or Marketing automation application experience: Salesforce product experience a plus

  • Demonstrated track record of self-starting, risk-taking, and ability to influence without authority

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a demonstrable experience in growing and nurturing relationships

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. English proficiency required. Fluent Spanish required. Portuguese proficiency is a plus.

  • Outstanding presentation skills are required including the ability to adapt style based on the audience and present complex ideas.

  • Outstanding skills of value selling is required to position the value of Signature Success Plans.
