About the role .
As Shopper Activation Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our brands to life in-store and online. Reporting to the Shopper Marketing Manager ANZ, you'll collaborate closely with brand, sales, and category teams, as well as with retail media partners, to deliver impactful shopper marketing campaigns. From briefing creative agencies and managing campaign execution to analysing performance using retailer and shopper data, you'll ensure every touchpoint-from shelf to screen-engages shoppers and drives results.
What you'll be doing.
- Design and execute in-store and online shopper marketing plans aligned with brand campaigns.
- Develop annual joint business plans with internal teams and retail partners, including NPD launches.
- Manage budgets and resources to support key business priorities and core product ranges.
- Coordinate campaign artwork and execution with external creative and media agencies.
- Track and optimise ROI of shopper campaigns, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
What you'll need to be successful.
- Degree in Marketing or a related field, with 4+ years' experience in brand or shopper marketing.
- Proven experience working directly with retail customers and managing agency relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines.
- Strategic and hands-on, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with knowledge of eCommerce and search optimisation.
