Responsibilities- Model “Customer 1st” behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain compliance with the following:
- divisional signing, recovery, ticketing, stockroom, and fixture usage and maintenance standards
- corporate policies
- merchandising standards
- Replenishment Management System (RMS) functions and Function 8
- freight receiving and freight stocking standards
- all safety guidelines and standards
- shipping/receiving procedures
- shrink control guidelines
- Coordinate and organize merchandising of the section
- Receive and process freight
- Perform inventory control functions, as required
- Verify ads and promotions are set to standard
- Process mismates, as directed
- Plan ads/store events and verify they are set to standard
- Maintain compliance and follow up on planograms
