The Shipyard Production Supervisor / Control Account Manager (CAM) – Compartment Closeout is responsible for end-to-end ownership of assigned compartments, ensuring execution, sequencing, and closeout readiness align with vessel construction milestones.

This role operates directly on the deckplate, integrating production, subcontractors, and schedule requirements to maintain real-time visibility of work progress and forward plan alignment. The CAM is accountable for ensuring compartments progress from active construction through final closeout without creating downstream rework, access issues, or schedule disruption.

This is an execution-first role requiring strong production awareness, schedule discipline, and the ability to drive accountability across multiple stakeholders in an active shipyard environment.
