Process and track Engineering Change Requests and Proposals, maintain project case files, and perform logistics management activities. The role requires technical knowledge of marine equipment, CASREPs, integrated logistics support plans, Coast Guard supply procedures, and provisioning. Duties also include independent research, technical writing, and use of Coast Guard logistics and Microsoft Office systems.

Entry-level engineer supporting shipbuilding, repair, and waterfront projects. Conduct ship checks and onboard assessments, assist with technical documentation, repair specifications, cost estimates, and AutoCAD drawing updates. Lead development of detailed vessel design and production packages for aluminum and steel ships, including 3D models, 2D production drawings, lofting outputs, nests, BOMs, and technical documentation.
