Job Description
Role: SharePoint, Power Platform Azure Developer
4 - 8 years of working experience as a Software Engineer
Core Skills:
· SharePoint Online: Experience with SharePoint Online design, implementation, and customization (SPFx, lists, libraries, workflows, content management).
· Power Platform: Expertise in Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and integration with external systems.
· Azure Functions: Strong understanding of Azure Functions, serverless architecture, and cloud-based application development.
· Azure Monitoring & SRE: Proficiency in Azure Monitor, KQL, Azure Workbooks, and implementing SRE practices to maintain system reliability.
· KQL (Kusto Query Language): Experience writing KQL queries to retrieve and analyze log and metric data from Azure environments.
· Azure App Dev: Familiarity with cloud app development, specifically using Azure services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and storage.
Secondary Skills:
· App Dev & Cloud Development: Experience in developing cloud-native applications using Azure DevOps and other Azure-based tools.
· Power Platform & SharePoint Search: Ability to design and implement advanced search solutions within SharePoint and Power Platform.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Power Automate, Azure Functions, Power Pages, and related technologies. In addition, the candidate should have expertise in using KQL, Azure Workbooks, and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles for monitoring, alerting, and dashboard creation within Azure. Active participation in Scrum team events.
SharePoint & Power Platform Development:

Design and Implementation of SharePoint Online Solutions:
-
Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and content management solutions.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure SharePoint to meet those requirements.

Develop custom SharePoint Online web parts and pages using SPFx (SharePoint Framework).

Configure and manage SharePoint search functionality, including creating custom search experiences and optimizing search indexing.

Power Platform Development:

Develop and deploy Power Automate flows to automate business processes and integrate with other systems.

Create and manage custom Power Pages for dynamic content management, ensuring they meet the user interface (UI) and experience (UX) standards.

Implement Dataverse-based solutions and ensure seamless integration with SharePoint and Power Automate flows.

Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Power Automate flows and Power Pages.

Azure Functions & Cloud Development:

Azure Functions Implementation:

Design and develop scalable Azure Functions to automate cloud-based operations, data processing, and integrations.

Troubleshoot and optimize Azure Functions performance for high availability and cost-efficiency.

Develop cloud-based applications using Azure services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and more.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design cloud architectures and ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security for cloud-based applications.

SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) and Monitoring:

Azure Monitoring & Dashboards:

Leverage Azure Monitor and KQL (Kusto Query Language) to collect, analyze, and visualize metrics, logs, and events from cloud services.

Design and implement custom SRE dashboards in Azure Workbooks, offering valuable insights and proactive alerts for system performance and health.

Continuously monitor applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and reliability through automation and observability.

Incident Management and Troubleshooting:

Utilize SRE principles for incident management, including identifying root causes of issues, mitigating risks, and performing post-mortems.

Work with operations teams to establish and implement automated alerting, monitoring, and remediation workflows using Azure Monitor and Power Automate.

Collaboration & Best Practices:

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and project managers to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with the overall IT strategy.

Act as a mentor to junior team members and provide knowledge sharing on best practices in SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure development.

Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for designs, code, configurations, and operational procedures.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Azure services, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and cloud technologies.

Mandatory certification (if Any):

Certifications in Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, or Power Platform are highly desirable.
Good to have skills:
