OverviewReporting to the Operations Manager, this is a technical implementation role within the Radianz SettleNet Operations Organization to support and contribute to Radianz revenues, EBIT and NPS measures. It is also a key role in driving the E2E L2C customer experience across the Capital Markets Eco system and delivery of complex services to Radianz customers. This role is to technically consult with customers on interfacing their end application connectivity ahead of installation of SettleNet solution and to support testing with the customer once implemented. This role is pivotal in advising client on best practice about the security of their data while in transit to deliver on customer and BT security standard policy. This role ensures smooth implementation during the delivery and testing phase while maintaining focus on L2C customer experience. The role requires brilliant customer engagement to provide best in class customer outcomes specific to the Radianz Eco system.ResponsibilitiesLead technical customer engagement on security and application connectivity from the customers network to the SettleNET service enablement gateway.
Support Service Assurance team when required to provide knowledge on interoperability between customer network and SettleNET service enablement gateway to aid fault resolution
Support testing for SettleNET product enhancement releases.
Owning the delivery of SettleNET orders end to end, from client signature to closure and hand over to service assurance, whilst applying strict adherence to SettleNET delivery process .
Overseeing and coordinating the work of Installation Coordinators managing logical amend orders that consist of remote configuration changes only.
Providing a simple plan of critical activities and timelines and will be in continuous contact with clients, internal and external stakeholders. Interacting and cooperating with various teams across BT. Driving client expectation, frequently updating all stakeholders on agreed order milestones and timescales.
