We are looking for a Student Java Developer to join our Fault Management (FM) team. FM is one of the most strategically important areas within ENM, and you will take a key role in shaping the future evolution of the product. If you are agile, dynamic, and results-driven - you're exactly who we're looking for.
What you will do
  • Own the full software development lifecycle - including design, coding, testing, integration, release, and documentation
  • Write clean, high-quality, maintainable code that sets the standard for the team
  • Test and document developed features with care and precision
  • Handle bug reports related to features developed by the team, turning problems into improvements
  • Work with a powerful, modern tech stack:
    • Development technologies: Java/JEE, JBoss, Maven/Gradle, Git/Gerrit, bash/shell scripting, Python, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Red Hat Enterprise Linux
    • CI/Test technologies: JUnit, Arquillian, Groovy, TAF, Jenkins, SonarQube
  • Be part of a highly collaborative and innovative team

You will bring
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Availability to work on-site at Ericsson for at least 6 consecutive months
  • Hands-on experience in development, testing and maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and teamspirit
  • Have a flexible attitude and clear quality focus
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and take on challenges
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
