This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the leading independent energy trading companies!
We are offering a summer internship opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated student to gain practical experience in invoice processing and trade support.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Invoice Reconciliation: Reviewing, registering, and verifying incoming invoices related to physical trades.
- Discrepancy Handling: Identifying mismatches, communicating with partners, and resolving disputes.
- Internal Coordination: Working closely with operators, tax desk, accountants, and finance teams.
- System Management: Navigating our in-house trading system for accurate record-keeping.
- Billing & Monitoring: Issuing invoices upon request, communication with partners and tracking payments.
What we are looking for:
- Eager to learn about the energy trading industry and settlement processes.
- Study at university maritime field, logistics, economics, finance, accounting, business administration or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you love working with numbers and details!
- Good communication skills in English and you enjoy teamwork (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
