The Services & Solutions Support team provide essential support to internal teams by assisting with day-to-day tasks and ensuring deadlines are consistently met. This role plays a key part in supporting internal teams, coordinating tasks, and ensuring these completed on time and to a high standard.
Key Accountabilities for this opportunity with Rexel:
- Collaborating with internal teams to support Lighting Design, Fabrication, SmartSolutions and DataComms
- Detailed understanding of Schematic and wiring diagrams to help produce accurate BOM’s
- Provide support to Smart Solutions by ensuring all customer projects are properly prepared and completed within agreed customer and Rexel timelines.
- Communicates clearly & precisely, clarifies when necessary and checks understanding is accurate.
- Support the both the Fabrication & Datacomms teams with technical enquiries including the creation of technical documents and quotes on M3.
- Support the ongoing development of services and solutions used for both customers and branches.

What we’re looking for…
- Excellent Customer Service, with experience of dealing with customer and through multiple channels
- Demonstrates strong numeracy and precision, combined with a comprehensive understanding of project workflows & process.
- Skilled at rapidly identifying and extracting essential information, then structuring and presenting it in a well‑organised format to support customer proposals.
- Experienced in reviewing specification drawings and spotting design & technical errors.
- A deep knowledge of Excel to be able to produce clear reporting
- A strong knowledge of M3 and Rexel product ranges to deliver effective support to both internal teams and customers.

Skills Required
- Excellent customer service experience across multiple channels
- Strong numeracy, precision, and understanding of project workflows and processes
