We’re looking for an experienced Services Partner to join our growing Canberra team, focused on the Federal Government sector. This is an opportunity to shape strategic client outcomes, drive complex engagements, and deliver meaningful impact across critical transformation programs.

In this role, you will act as the single-threaded owner for key client relationships, spanning across Professional Services. You will partner with senior stakeholders and strategic technology partners to unlock value across Cloud, Data, AI, Security and Digital transformation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and grow trusted executive relationships across Federal Government clients

  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from opportunity shaping through to commercial close

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client priorities and long-term outcomes

  • Identify, pursue and close new business and expansion opportunities

  • Lead complex bids, tenders and panel submissions

  • Act as the commercial and relationship lead across engagements

  • Drive customer success, continuity and value-led outcomes across the engagement lifecycle

  • Collaborate with partners such as AWS and Microsoft to open new fields of play

  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecasting

Your background

  • Proven experience selling professional or technology services into enterprise or public sector clients

  • Strong understanding of Federal Government procurement, tenders and panels (desirable)

  • Demonstrated success in land-and-expand growth strategies and revenue delivery

  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders while engaging meaningfully at the technical layer

  • Experience leading complex, multi-stream deals across large stakeholder environments

  • Strong commercial acumen across pricing, deal shaping and negotiation

  • A collaborative leader who can align internal teams, partners and customers to outcomes
