What You'll Do:
- 10 % Identify and acknowledged issues in "Portfolio Services" client workflows Acknowledge all issues affecting Portfolio Services client workflows in a timely manner
- 50% Perform first level support issues affecting "Portfolio Services" client workflows, escalating to and coordinating with other groups as needed.
- Ensure all issues affecting "Portfolio Services" client workflows are addressed in a timely manner
- 5% Perform standard support procedures for Custodial Framework process alerts, escalating to and coordinating with other groups as needed.
- Ensure all Custodial Framework alerts are addressed in a timely manner
- 5% Perform standard support procedures for FI infrastructure alerts, escalating to and coordinating with other groups as needed.
- Ensure all FI infrastructure alerts are addressed in a timely manner
- 20% Field incoming client questions relating to production workflows to determine appropriate action or escalation.
- Ensure all incoming client communication is addressed in a timely manner
- 5% Make incremental team support documentation updates Ensure team documentation stays updated through small changes
- 5% Contribute to team projects Meet expectations defined by project manager to ensure project is completed on time
What We Are Looking For:
A relevant degree or equivalent (Finance + engineering is ideal)
relevant experience demonstrating strong technical aptitude
Time and task management abilities to juggle multiple issues at one time
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation to follow documented team SOPs and reference documentation.
Business-level written and verbal English communication skills
To communicate directly with clients, 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders
Technical troubleshooting skills to perform first/second level technical support across a number of technologies and disciplines
Analytical and problem-solving skills to perform second level process support when issue is not perfectly documented
