Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow SPM solutions to help clients align their projects and portfolios with business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making through effective portfolio visibility and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their portfolio management processes and requirements.
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM modules to support strategic planning and portfolio management.
- Provide guidance on best practices for portfolio governance, demand management, and resource allocation.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance client knowledge of ServiceNow SPM capabilities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of SPM with other ITSM processes.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support portfolio visibility and informed decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with new features and trends in ServiceNow SPM to continually improve client solutions.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow SPM or related portfolio management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management concepts and best practices.
- Experience configuring and administering ServiceNow SPM modules.
- Familiarity with related ITSM and ITBM processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client engagement skills to facilitate effective workshops and trainings.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications related to SPM or ITBM.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
