Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
Ensure effective CMDB design, population, and maintenance.
Create and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server-side scripts.
Implement integrations with third-party tools and external systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ServiceNow.
Maintain best practices for ServiceNow development and administration
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of total experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
Hands-on experience in CMDB.
Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting (client-side and server-side).
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
