BU Circular Separation Technologies (CST) Engineering & Supply is looking for a proactive Executive Project Manager to handle customer project on time, on quality and on cost in an agile project management way.
About us in BU Circular Separation Technologies (CST)
BU CST Søborg designs, engineers, and supplies customized units for the i.e. oil & gas, power, mining, chemical, pulp & paper industries by using Alfa Laval high-performance products like plate heat exchanges, highspeed separators, decanters, etc.
We also combine equipment into solutions such as Zero Liquid Discharge or solutions to produce green chemicals and other Green tech solutions.
Our activities are divided into the following areas: Desalinated water, industrial wastewater, chemical & green evaporation, and fluid separation.
BU CST Søborg delivers projects all over the world, with supply chains mainly in Europe, India & China, and engineering teams in Europe & India.
About the job
As Executive Project Manager (Ex.PM), you have a Regional Area responsibility and will mainly manage and execute orders for this Region. Typically you have a team managed by the Technical Project Manager with a Engineering Team located in Søborg, Shanghai and/or in Pune, India.
Together with the Technical PM and Engineering Team you will create thorough planning for your projects, lead & follow-up on quality, time and cost to ensure your projects are successful.
Main responsibilities
Follow-up on project results, KPIs, hours, and costs.
Drive the project team to work as a team in an agile project management way, working with stand-up & sprint etc.
Define the project requirements together with the engineering team & Tech.PM.
The Region is South Korea and the position will be located in either Seoul or Busan. You will report to the Project Office Manager for BU CST.
Take overall progress, follow up responsibility and lead the discussion with the customer.
The role will require some international travel. Estimated 20-50 days a year.
Region
Region of responsibility will be Italy, Spain and France.
Requirements / Qualification
+5 years of working experience as project management in an international and industrial environment.
Availability to travel both in domestic and overseas
University degree of engineering or equivalent
English skill in spoken & written
