The SEO/SEM Generalist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing both organic (SEO) and paid (SEM) search marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on execution to ensure Coins.ph’s online presence ranks high in search engines and reaches target audiences effectively through paid campaigns.
Job Description
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms for business objectives.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and app store listings for improved search rankings.
- Monitor and report on organic search performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and web copy.
- Plan, create, and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
- Optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns meet performance KPIs.
- Stay updated on SEO/SEM trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to align SEO/SEM strategies with company goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in SEO, SEM, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and keyword research tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and content management systems (WordPress or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or crypto is a plus.
