Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full HR Technology support for Talent Acquisition, including the delivery of the configuration of Workday and enterprise-wide HR technology solutions for cyclical business processes and in alignment with the strategic priorities of the functional HR area.
  • Lead a range of projects including system enhancements, releases and/or maintenance of applications, working cross-functionally to build and deliver solutions.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and customizations and understand business objectives so that you can provide consultative solutions.
  • Conduct testing of new modules and functionality, including rollouts.
  • Develop and implement validation and testing plans to ensure designs meet requirements.
  • Partner with Analytics & Insights team within People Analytics to support metrics required by People Solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business processes and procedures and recommend process improvement as appropriate.
  • Partner closely with our Integrated Business Technology (IBT) teams and various key HCM business stakeholders to define, analyze, and document business processes to deliver transformational programs involving digital HR solutions.
  • Keep abreast of changes to technology system functionality and feature releases.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field; OR a master's degree and 2 years' experience; OR a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field
  • 2 years of proven experience as a Workday Analyst, including proficiency in configuring the system to meet organizational needs
  • Experience working with the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Workday module


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in HR technology systems such as Beamery and Paradox
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies


USD 77,800.00 - 116,800.00 per year

Compensation includes a base salary of $77,800.00 - $116,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
