Are you ready to shape how material handling works at a strategic level?
We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Process Specialist (internally knows as Snr Process Control Specialist) to join our ESST Supply Chain team in Tallinn. In this role, you will drive the evolution of material handling strategy, lead change and improvement initiatives, and ensure strong alignment with Ericsson standards - while actively contributing to global collaboration.
The primary purpose of the Senior Process Control Specialist role is to lead projects and continuously improve material handling processes in ESST by driving data-based improvements and OKRs, ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance, and enabling effective collaboration across local and global stakeholders.

What you will do:
• Proposing developmental ideas and activities to material handling strategy and concept• Leading change and improvement projects related to material handling in ESST based on proactive analyzis of data and processes• Driving material handling related OKR• Driving local and global cooperation and collaboration in material handling related topics• Leading internal audits for material handling area in ESST and participating in audits • Creating and updating of procedure instructions according to Ericsson and industry requirements• Onboarding of new employees in MH process control team
The skills you bring:
• 3 years work experience from Logistics/Material handling or bachelor degree and minimum 2 year Logistics/Material handling work experience Comprehensive knowledge of material-handling regulations, policies, procedures • Six sigma yellow belt and experience with lean toolbox (e.g. 6 Sigma, Value stream mapping etc)• Ability to manage projects to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and drive sustainable improvements• Ability to create Power BI dashboards and use available AI tools• Excellent interpersonal skills to persuade and influence people and explain complex processes• Analytical skills, proactive ways of working and attention to details• High level English proficiency B2 in writing, speaking and presenting
