Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 8-10+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment. Prior experience working in a financial industry preferred. Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision. Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds. Experience managing daily technical and design direction.
